Paul Olie (1961) ![]() ![]() up in Haarlem and surroundings and now lives in Naarden with his wife and two daughters. After completing secondary school and national service, he studied Business Economics at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, from which he holds a Master’s degree. Paul started his career at executive search and consultancy company Vroom & Van den Heuvel. Then he held various line management positions at ANWB (the Royal Dutch Touring Club) and, as people development manager, returned to his passion of enhancing people development, i.e. translating human capital and organisational strategy into tangible results. He subsequently worked at Mercuri Urval (recruitment, assessment of management potential and talent management), Ernst & Young (interim management) and as from 2000 across the human resource management discipline as independent entrepreneur. At the end of 2009, he founded Finmore to offer an even fuller range of experience and expertise to clients. In his spare time, Paul loves spending time with his family. He also plays field hockey and tennis, and works out at the gym. In addition, he has a passion for wine, which he now increasingly knows to match with well-prepared dishes at his cooking club. |
Teo de Haan (1958) ![]() ![]() holds a Master’s degree. He lives in Huizen with his wife and daughter. He started his career as HR manager at the Noord-Nederlandse Machinefabriek, the North-Netherland Machine Factory (a participation of NV NOM). He consequently fulfilled various roles at Ernst & Young Consulting in Utrecht and in Rotterdam, including the role of Director. As from 2003, Teo has been active in matching candidates at the executive level for both the private and public sectors, while being a partner at NCP HRM Interim & Consultancy and Markon Management Search. He joined Fimore in 2010. This step has enabled him to combine his experience and knowledge of the financial sector and apply this for the benefit of our clients. In his free time, he takes trips with his family, he works out, climbs the Swiss mountains and loves tasting wine in the Alsace region in France. In an informal role, Teo is also an investor in companies. |
